At BarkerBille Europe and BarkerBille China we are doing our best to keep our business running and continue serving our customers as usual.

This is a short update on our current situation.

Sales

In spite of Covid-19, we manage to carry on at 70 % capacity. This however means that our process time is slightly longer these days. We always aim at replying to requests for quotations and drawings within 24h, but that time limit is under pressure at the moment. Still, we experience a lot of understanding and positive feedback from you all – thank you.

Production

Our production is running, and thanks to our dedicated staff we are very satisfied to report that we currently have no delays on our delivery times. Some building sites are delayed these days causing postponement of entire projects. In these cases, we would very much like you to contact us with an updated schedule.

China

Covid-19 caused a trying Chinese New Year for our Chinese colleagues and their families. Fortunately, from mid-February we have been back in business 100% with daily reports to the Chinese government about the health of our employees. It has been an impressive recovery of the entire country so things are more or less back to normal concerning suppliers, logistics etc. However, visiting our customers physically continues to be a problem as traveling across the country still involves quarantine.

Despite the still challenging situation, we are very happy that we, after one month’s delay, are now moving into a new 3500 m² large factory facility in Ningbo. This means that we are doubling our capacity J.
