Polygon Insulation – Cost-Efficient Fan Housing Insulation
Polygon insulation is BarkerBille’s new insulation solution for fan housings. It is available in thicknesses from 50 to 200 mm and provides the same thermal and acoustic performance as our Classic insulation.
Using our 3D design environment, the production process has been optimized, reducing manufacturing costs. Polygon insulation is therefore a cost-effective option, especially for small and medium-sized fans.
We offer our customers both noise and heat insulation for centrifugal fans to ensure a low noise level or reduced heat discharge.

We now offer two types of fan housing insulation:

Polygon insulation – cost-efficient solution for small and medium-sized fans

Classic insulation – traditional round design with tightly enclosed fan housing, suitable for larger fans or customers who prefer this solution
Polygon insulation is suitable for a wide range of industries where fan housings are used and both noise reduction and thermal insulation are required.
