At BarkerBille supply a wide range of high temperature fans for e.g. the production and processing industry, and we have been doing so for more than 50 years.

High Temperature Fans for Air Heating System
Every year, we supply approximately 15 pcs. of these high temperature fans just for this one customer for similar projects.
The largest fan is a circulation fan that will be circulating 210°C hot air in the system. It is for. 174,500 m³/h @850 Pa and equipped with 90 kW IE3 motor. The housing is split for transport, and the entire fan is prepared for insulation.
The second fan is an exhaust fan for approx. 47,500 m³/h @1200 Pa, 130°C. The exhaust fan is equipped with a 37 kW motor and an actuator-controlled inlet vane control damper for optimized system control.
The fans will be used in an air heating system designed and sold by Moldow, as part of a drying system.
High Temperature Fan for Fire Testing Facility
We have supplied a large flue gas fan for The Danish Institute of Fire and Security Technology (DBI) who perform fire testing of e.g. fire doors or other components.
The high temperature fan for DBI was designed to extract 100,000 m3 flue gases per hour at 2,100 Pa. and at temperatures of up to 550°C.
High Temperature Fans for Pyrolysis
Among others, BarkerBille has supplied three high temperature fans for Stiesdal A/S’ SkyClean pyrolysis test plant in Skive, Denmark. The three fans are an air circulation fan for a heat exchanger, a gas recirculation fan and a gas extraction fan to extract/recirculate pyrolysis reactor gases.
The fans are designed to have a start-up temperature of 450oC and a continuous operation temperature of 550oC.
