A customer approached us to act as a fan solution partner for a new thermal energy storage system within a Power-to-Heat application. As the project was still in its development phase, we worked closely with the customer, providing multiple design options based on their evolving setup and sharing our expertise in high-temperature fan solutions to clarify both possibilities and limitations.

The custom-designed fan is now almost ready for shipment and will form part of the customer’s prototype system.

Due to the high operating temperatures, the fan is designed with an insulated housing. It is also equipped with a vibration sensor for continuous monitoring and reliable operation, as well as an acoustic booth for the motor to reduce noise levels.
