Custom Centrifugal Fans – Food Processing

Customized to our customer’s needs – For a Dutch engineering company we have designed and supplied four fans including this custom engineered exhaust centrifugal fan.

The fans are for an upgrade of an existing food processing plant in Italy. As the installation space on site is minimal, it required a special compact design. Therefore, the fan has been customized to the specific project and designed with belt-drive and with the motor on the side.

Custom Engineered Heavy Duty Fan

The fan, which is a DAT-1000-160/R from our Heavy Duty line, is equipped with a 4-poled, 132 kW motor, and it will draw approx. 54,000 m3/h at 5,000 Pa.

All four fans (supply fan, exhaust fan, cyclone fan and cooling fan) have been manufactured in AISI 304L stainless steel due to the food processing application.
