Custom Fans for Boilers On FPSO Vessel
From our production facility in China, we have supplied two identical, custom-designed fans for deck boilers onboard an FPSO (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading) vessel.
The fans will supply the combustion air required for the vessel’s steam boilers. As they are installed above deck, the design meets strict requirements for both materials and surface protection – including AISI 316 stainless steel and CX coating – and they are certified for ATEX Category 2.
Each fan is equipped with an inlet vane control (Ø1400) and a square inlet silencer to reduce noise at the intake – an important feature for equipment installed on deck.
