Fresh from our workshop, these four insulated industrial fans have been shipped to a customer supplying waste-to-energy plants across Europe. Together, the primary air fan, secondary air fan, flue gas recirculation fan, and combustion fan form a complete fan package for the incineration process, with each fan playing a critical role in ensuring efficient, stable, and reliable combustion.

At the request of the end user, all fans are equipped with sensors and monitoring components to support safe and efficient operation. Each fan is supplied with an insulated fan housing and automatic bearing lubrication. In addition, the flue gas recirculation fan features a cooling disk mounted on the fan shaft to protect the bearings from overheating during high-temperature operation.

To further improve the working environment, inlet silencers have been supplied for three of the fans to reduce operational noise levels.
