BarkerBille is the result of the merger of Barker Fans A/S (the former Barker Jørgensens Maskinfabrik) and B. Bille A/S. The merger has been carried out to gain synergies and to provide our customers with the best products and services.
Both companies were acquired by Moldow A/S in 2015 and they have been business partners for many years, so a fusion was the obvious choice:
“The two companies’ product ranges are complementary, both in regards to customer segment and fan types, and the fans are based on high quality, efficiency and reliability. Actually, Barker’s fans were designed by B. Bille back in the days, so the two companies have been working together for many years and know eachother’s products well”, says Managing Director of Moldow, K. Preben Hansen.
Flemming Bille, the former Director of B. Bille, will be the person in charge of the daily business:
“It’s the beginning of a new, exciting era for our company with the fusion, a new name and our new fans designed based on 3D technology. It’s a revolutionary technology that will be the basis for our entire supply chain, and it gives us the possibility of providing our customers with an exact 3D model from the beginning of the process. Our customers, who have been offered the new fan models, report that large savings and flexibility are gained. We are looking forward to offering those models to all our customers from now on”, explains General Manager, Flemming Bille.
To benefit European customers on the Asian market, an office has just been opened in China, and two employees have been hired.
