Specialized Induced Draft (ID) Fan for Waste-Fired Boiler Plant

We have designed and supplied this high-performance induced draft (ID) fan to ensure efficient and reliable flue gas extraction under demanding operating conditions.

Key specifications:

• Handles 58,000 m³/h of flue gas at a static pressure of 6,800 Pa

• Operates at 200°C, requiring heat-resistant materials

• Powered by a 132 kW IE4 motor with insulated bearings for enhanced durability

• Equipped with a 22 kW emergency motor to ensure continuous operation in case of main motor failure

Additional features:

• Impeller made from pickled and passivated stainless steel

• Housing coated in heat-resistant black to withstand high temperatures

• Cooling disk, vibration, and temperature sensors

• Inlet suction box for improved efficiency and silencer for noise reduction

As part of the project, we also supplied a combustion air fan and a recirculation fan, both equipped with suction boxes and silencers.

This solution provides high efficiency, reliability, and safety for waste-fired boiler operation.
