We are completing production of three custom-designed high-pressure fans for a spray drying plant in the European pharmaceutical industry.
The fans are built with a gas-tight design to eliminate leakage risk and housed in sound-insulated enclosures to meet the facility’s strict noise requirements. All units are constructed from AISI 316 stainless steel and designed for use in Ex II 3/3 G zones.
The delivery includes:

• Airflow: 1,300 m³/h at 11,500 Pa
• Motor: 11 kW
• Construction: AISI 316 stainless steel
• Ex classification: Ex II 3/3 G
🔸 Exhaust Fan
• Airflow: 1,800 m³/h at 6,000 Pa
• Motor: 5.5 kW
• Construction: AISI 316 stainless steel
• Ex classification: Ex II 3/3 G
🔸 Purge Gas Fan
• Airflow: 100 m³/h at 10,000 Pa
• Motor: 5.5 kW
• Construction: AISI 316 stainless steel
• Ex classification: Ex II 3/3 G
• Equipped with shaft seal
